Angela with Lake Norman Realty was so wonderful to work with. She was very patient with all of our many phone calls and questions, and she explained all the real estate lingo. She helped us with all aspects of selling our home from helping us find contractors to do repairs to checking in with us frequently during the process. She sold our house in 10 days for the price we were hoping for!

Angela Gribbins is an excellent realtor! We were looking to buy property in the Lake Norman area to build the home of our dreams. We were relocating from out of town, and were unfamiliar with the area. Angela had an incredible knowledge of the Lake Norman community, and after listening to what it is we were looking for, she was able to direct us to the perfect piece of property, in an incredibly gorgeous setting, that was exactly what we were looking for. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional, always representing our interests first in the purchase of the property, and helping us to navigate every step of the process with ease. We first met Angela in the spring of 2021 when we were looking for a lake house. She helped us through the process of searching for houses and showing us several before we found one that would work for our needs at the time. Once we had the correct house under contract her experience, professionalism and contacts were really needed and made the whole process a lot smoother. We have used the first lake house much more than we expected, so after three years we decided to look for something a little bigger. With the market changes and present inventory, we again needed Angelas help more than ever. We had her show us several homes before picking our next lake house. Again, she helped us get through the whole process. Until we started the process of looking for a lake house in 2021, I didn't know how important a good real agent actually was in representing the buyer.
